Conditions

–  The entrance fees, the alimentation and drinks are not included (Only if specified!);

–  All trips include bilingual drivers/monitors. Available for different languages like: Portuguese, Spanish, English and German;

–  The reservation can only be confirmed after a payment order of 30% of the total amount and not less than 72 hours before the tour start;

–  The payments can be done in cash, payment order Credit Card (+6%) or PayPal (+6%);

–  The values are per person!

–  Children have special discounts: Between 00 and 06 years they travel for free! Children between 06 and 10 years pay half the price!

CANCELATION BY PART OF THE CLIENT:

Our clients reserve the right to cancel their trip by any given moment in written form (E-mail) and with full knowledge by part of KOPA turismo. We charge the following administrative fees:10% up to 40 days before the trip, 20% up to 39 – 30 days before the trip, 30% up to 29 – 20 days before the trip, 50% up to 19 – 08 days before the trip. 100% if canceled less than one week before the trip.

CANCELATION BY PART OF THE CLIENT:

We reserve one´s right to cancel the trip within 72 hours advance. in this case our clients have the right to choose  another trip at the same value, schedule another date or get back their integral payments.

All prices on this website underlie short term variations!

Special Conditions for ecotourism tours:

– Please send us the complete name, birth date and passport number of all passengers;

– The tours can be canceled due to bad weather, bush fires and any other incident who may put our passengers in risk

– All our tour sin the Serra do Cipó include an insurance for adventure tourism
