Long hike: From Lapinha da Serra to the third highest waterfall of Brazil – Tabuleiro (273 m)
The small community Tabuleiro is situated in the region of the Serra do Espinhaço. The waterfall in the near State Park is the highest of Minas Gerais and the third highest of Brazil! It has a 273m (895ft.) free fall in front of an impressive scarp face. On top of the waterfall exist various swimming pools and smaller waterfalls.

1º day:
07:00 – Meeting in Belo Horizonte,
08:00 – Meeting at the International Airport Confins
09:30 – Meeting at the Serra do Cipó
11:30 – Arrival and beginning of the first trekking of 12 km.
17:00 – Arrival at the first camp
18:00 – Dinner
2º day:
08:00 – Breakfast
09:00 – Trekking of 8 km to the second camp
11:00 – Trekking of 5 km without backpacks to the Tabuleiro waterfall
13:00 – Arrival at the Tabuleiro
16:00 – Return to the camp
18:00 – Dinner
3º day:
08:00 – Breakfast
09:00 – Trekking of 10 km to the main entrance of the State Park
12:00 – Lunch and hot shower at the Tabuleiro town
14:00 – Transportation to Belo Horizonte
16:00 – Visit to the Juquinha Statue at the Serra do Cipó
18:00 – Arrival at the Internacional Airportde Confins
19:00 – Arrival in Belo Horizonte

Every participant should carry a bag of 40 liters, with personal objects, light food for three days, a water bottle, a lamp, batteries, a towel, a rain suite, a small knife, first aid kit, tent, sleeping bag and sleeping pad.
