Long hikes

The best multi day hikes:

In the region near to the Serra do Cipó you will find the most traditional towns of Minas Gerais, in valleys with clean rivers that preserve an old-fashioned life with typical food, cooked at old stoves, hot coffee and a lot of stories to tell.

The traverses are unique moments to enter into this forgotten simple world od the small towns with organic food, crystal clear water, fresh air coming from the mountains, and an astonishing nature. After a day of trekking, there isn´t anything better than a bath in a waterfall and a bed under a sky full of stars.
